Christmas Card - 28.11.16

New Christmas card today! I have this snow globe die for quite a long time now and do not use it as I should... So, this morning, I decided to create a funny (with googly eyes as you can see!) and colorful snowman!

This is the door decoration for this year (my husband just created it): entirely natural (except the ornaments, of course!), we found the plants and the pine cones in our garden: easy and not expensive at all!

Not sure it still be OK at Christmas but, no matter what..., we can do it again and again!

Sketches in Thyme

This is my page (the first one!) for Sketches In Thyme.
Here, I decided to use an old paper pad from Carta Bella “Beautiful Moments” and to work with 2 main colors: grey and red. I also took some burlap for the background and for the thread.
The title is my husband’s idea… “Pearl” is one of Janis Joplin’s albums. The title “Mercedes-Benz” is one of her songs.
